RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

The return and refund policy is only available for Indian customers.

Conditions for returns:

In order for the products to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

The products were purchased in the last 30 days

​

The products are in the original packaging

​

The products are damaged

​

An Unboxing video is there

​

The following items cannot be returned:

​

The supply of products made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

​

Exchange or return will be available only if the products are damaged or wrong products have been delivered.

​

There will be no exchange/return in case of sudden mind change of customer about purchasing the product after the delivery is done.

​

(i.e., you don’t want/need the product now, you find similar product somewhere else, the design is not going with your outfit. Pls. consider all this before placing order).

All your amount will be refund or the product will be exchanged only if the product is broken.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any product that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

​

You can replace/exchange your order with another one of the same amount before the shipment is done.

 

Returning Goods


You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. where to return? ask us on Instagram or on the given mail touch@jewelevolve.com

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
